for the last year, i have been operating at Dead of Night Distillery in dtla. aaron, the owner of Dead of Night, was gracious enough to let me use his distillery space as if it were my own. and now it’s time to move into my own space where rum et al. can grow and you can come visit! since the beginning of 2025, i have been on the hunt for the right space to set-up a boutique craft rum distillery in the los angeles area. so stay tuned!
