blind rum tasting
Join us Saturday, Sept. 6th, from 2–4 PM at Deuce Athletics for a blind rum tasting of all three of my rums: baseline, variable (dunderclap), & variable (tailspin)!
Blind tastings are my absolute favorite way to experience spirits. They unlock and train your palate, whether you’re brand new to rum or already a pro. They’re fun, humbling, and always surprising. If you’ve tried my rums before, this is your chance to put your palate to the test. And if you haven’t — what better way to get to know them?
When?Saturday, September 6th from 2-4 pm
The "workout":
Warm-Up: Kick things off with a delicious welcome cocktail.
Strength: Quick, fun breakdown of rum fermentation & distillation.
Accessory Work: Blind taste my 3 unaged, pot-distilled molasses rums.
Conditioning: Guess each rum! If you're able to correctly guess all three rums, you get to take home your very own rum et al. wee Glencairn tasting glass!!
